The 2012 Campus Progress National Conference was held July 25th and 26th in Washington, DC. CPNC12 began with a full-day training on July 25th at the Center for American Progress in Washington, DC for over 100 participants. Each participant gained skills in journalism and advocacy to advance progressive values.
On July 26th over 1,000 young people heard inspiring speeches, panels, performances, and interactive discussions with leading public officials, experts, activists, journalists, and artists. Participants connected with remarkable activists from around the country and discussed the critical challenges our generation faces. They engaged with experts to develop the ideas, networks, and innovative programs that will help us overcome obstacles and create a more progressive America.
