Georgia Universities Screen for Citizenship; Wal-Mart University? Plus, DREAM Act U

The State Board of Regents in Georgia is putting in place steps to screen all applicants to the state’s public universities to verify citizenship, with the goal of ensuring that undocumented students aren’t allowed to pay in-state tuition.
