Heather Higginbottom

Heather Higginbottom is Legislative Director for Senator John Kerry. She served as the Deputy National Policy Director for the Kerry-Edwards Presidential Campaign where she helped oversee the development of all domestic policies for the election. She has also served as a Legislative Assistant and as Deputy Legislative Director for Senator Kerry. Before coming to Capitol Hill, Higginbottom worked at the national non-profit organization, Communities in Schools, and worked on President Clinton’s ‘President’s Summit for America’s Future’ where she coordinated the role of communities of faith in the Summit.
