Campus Progress and the Michigan University Slam Council invite you to the U-Club Poetry Slam with a special feature by Kevin Coval.

The U-Club Poetry slam provides a venue for open mic, featured performance poets from across the country, and a poetry slam. A slam is a performance poetry competition where ten poets are given three minutes to read their own creation to an audience and five judges. These judges determine the top poet of the evening. There can be no musical accompaniment.

This event is free and open to the public.
