Bill Kavanagh’s film “Brick by Brick: A Civil Rights Story”, is a one-hour documentary about housing discrimination and civil rights in contemporary times. His film follows three families through a bitter legal and political fight for fair housing and a remedy to institutionally segregated schools and neighborhoods in one city.
