Adam Mansbach

Adam Mansbach was a former Artistic Consultant to Columbia University’s Center for Jazz Studies. His work has appeared in The Boston Globe, The San Francisco Chronicle Magazine, The New York Times and elsewhere. He is author of the critically acclaimed book, Angry Black White Boy, and The Miscegenation of Macon Detornay , a satire about race, whiteness and hip hop that is currently taught at more than forty universities across the country. Adam Mansbach currently teaches writing at the San Francisco Art Institute. He also writes a weekly political column for www.NewsOne.com
