Clyde Williams

Clyde Williams advises Campus Progress on events, media, and outreach. He was previously Vice President of State and Local Government Relations at the Center for American Progress. He also previously served as principal adviser to former President Bill Clinton, counseling him on domestic issues, with specific emphasis on the development of programs targeting underserved communities. He served as deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and in many other capacities within the Clinton administration during its second term. He also worked at the District of Columbia City Council for the late Council Chairman John A. Wilson.
