Ruth Greenwood
Ruth Greenwood is a staff attorney with the Fair Elections Legal Network. Ms. Greenwood started her legal career in Australia as a law clerk for her State Supreme Court. She worked as a litigator for two years with a large Australian law firm and with the Public Interest Law Clearing House. She recently graduated with a Masters of Law from Columbia Law School where she focused on constitutional law. She volunteered at a number of public interest organizations, including in Sydney, the Wayside Chapel and the Refugee Advice and Casework Service, and, in New York, the Harlem Tutoring Project.
Ms. Greenwood graduated from the University of Sydney with first class honours in both her Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science degrees. She graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School. Ms. Greenwood is admitted to practice as a lawyer in the High Court of Australia and her State Supreme Court.
